I have been

tagged : ) So, here goes, and now I need to find some folks to tag as well : )

1. Ten years ago:

I was working at our local Y as an aerobic instructor (that was 40 pounds ago, time to get my butt back in shape), and I was thinking about going back to school to get my degree (which I eventually accomplished). At that time our son was 7 and our daughter was 12, how time flies! This was also the year that my husbands Mother died, how I miss her and still cry at Christmas when I want so badly to share the joy of the season with her.

2. 5 things in today's to do list:

Take a shower, pick up my friend, go to the stamping show, come home, do laundry, take the clothes off the clothes line in the backyard (sun is good for them right? even a few days worth?), figure out a place to put the box that holds the 200 CD cases I bought to store my as yet mounted stamps that I want to unmount (will see what the cost is of ez mount at the show, if it is cheaper then what I have found online...I will purchase and then added to this list will be unmounting a few sets of stamps : ) finish a card I started the other night, start a few more cards, add a blog post to the blog about either the show or things you need when you are just starting out stamping. I think that is all....

3. Snacks I enjoy:

Popcorn, chips, salsa, hummus (love the stuff from Trader Joes), Nan, grapes, those little tomato grapes

4. Things I would do if I were a millionaire:

Fund a program for at risk teens, ie, teens with drug addiction, teens who are in gangs, and so on, I would also fund college tuition for all those teens, as well as a place for them to live as they go to school. I would fund the food pantry at our church and finally I would take a trip with my hubby and kids ALL over the world, especially Europe...and especially Italy so I could visit the town that my Grandfather was born in and visit relatives that are still there.

5. Places I have lived:

San Francisco (born and raised there), Los Angeles (really hated LA, just too different from Northern CA), Monterey (absolutely LOVED being there), and for the last 23 years San Jose, which is one of the best places on earth! We live on a street that ends at a hill that has cows on it, we are a few houses away from a creek so each night during the summer we get to hear a chorus of toads and crickets. Imagine that, and we are the 10th largest city in the United States : )

Ok...so who do I tag now? Julie Buhler (who did the no copics no problem video posted in my best of video links), and Faith Hofrichter (posts as Markie's Mom on SCS).

ooops, have to get going, will post on the stamp show later : )
